Position Overview:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to chef specifications and club standards while maintaining efficiency and consistency during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
• Set up and stock assigned stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing procedures.
• Perform effectively during high-volume service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of line cook or kitchen experience preferred; country club or banquet experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Schedule:

• Full-time position.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
