Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role is central to ensuring that students and families receive high-quality, individualized support and services. Compensation Starting pay: $75,000-$87,000 annually, depending on experience What You’ll Do Supervise and lead a team of RBTs, ensuring evidence-based, individualized treatment. Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Implement interventions such as one-on-one therapy, family treatment, group instruction, and classroom consultation. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress across environments. Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide staff/family training. What We’re Looking For Credentialed BCBA (Behavior Analysis Certification Board). Experience supervising RBTs and exam candidates. Experience working with preschool-aged children and/or children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred. Strong assessment, program design, and collaboration skills.
