Our therapists are dedicated to helping patients regain independence, improve function, and achieve their highest quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered care. BRRH's outpatient therapy program includes specialized services such as vestibular rehabilitation, wheelchair assessments, dry needling, aquatics, and community reintegration programs. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Vestibular experience preferred $5,000 Commitment Award with a 1-Year Commitment What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, and functional mobility needs. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments. Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and successful recovery. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology and equipment to enhance patient progress. Participate in discharge planning, community re-entry training, and home exercise program development. Oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment. Good organizational skills. CPR Certified. Physical criteria Lifting Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (33%), 10-25 pounds frequently (34-66%) and 0-10 pounds constantly (67-100%) with frequent lifting/and of carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Must haveabilityto bend, and adequate physical strength to lift andassistwith transfers and resistiveactivities.
