Reach Truck Operator

AirLife is hiring two Reach Truck Operators for the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm in our Litchfield Park, temperature controlled facility. Must have reach experience, and dock stocker experience would be a plus.

The warehouse associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse. The warehouse associate will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers.

The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or training.

Knowledge: Acquired through education, certifications, training, experience.

• Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship required experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.
• Experience with scanners is helpful.

Skills & Abilities:

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Level of Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
• 1 year of certifiable experience in operation of stand-up forklifts/reach trucks/ for both of the open roles required.

Level of Education:

• Minimum of 2 years of High School education is required.

• Check orders picked for accuracy.
• Pack orders for shipping.
• Ship products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Follow all company quality and compliance regulations.
• Other duties as required.
