Job Summary:


We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals when needed
• Participate in improving innovative clinical workflows and care models
• Support corporate health initiatives and wellness programs
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota NP or PA License
• Board Certified
• Current CPR Certification
• New Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Preferred:

• 3-5 years of Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience
• Athena EMR experience preferred
