Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead new home sales operations across multiple communities in the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team of on-site sales professionals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Home Sales Consultants across multiple active communities
• Drive sales strategy, pricing, and inventory management in partnership with division leadership
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge
• Ensure consistent execution of the sales process, from lead generation through contract to close
• Partner cross-functionally with Land, Construction, Marketing, and Design teams to support community launches and ongoing sales
• Track and report on sales metrics, traffic, conversion rates, and community performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards, fair housing regulations, and contract accuracy
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent to support growth across the region

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new home sales management, ideally with a national or regional homebuilder
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of the new construction sales process, contracts, and closing procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategy accordingly
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between communities as needed
