Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for providing a safe environment for all children, guests and Team MembersArrive at work promptly at the scheduled time, and wearing the proper uniformGreet parents and children in a professional mannerConfirm any allergy & medical information, take any special instruction about their child’s needsPlan and participate in age-appropriate activitiesMust be able to use positive behavior-management to maintain orderAbility to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of careAbility to build positive relationships with all guests and Team MembersMust have a valid driver’s licenseBe prepared to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently in accordance with all SOP’sMust comply with all company policies and procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers and interact with our guests.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required1-2 year’s experience working with children in a professional setting (nanny, daycare, camps, etc.) preferredMust hold a CPR and First Aid Certification, or willing to obtainLANGUAGE SKILLSMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members and managersMATHEMATICAL SKILLSBasic knowledge and understanding of mathREASONING ABILITYMust be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to sit or stand for a long period of timeMust be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cartMust be able to tolerate outdoor conditions in all seasonsWORK ENVIRONMENT4,200 acres of Blackberry Farm property and 5,200 acres of Blackberry Mountain property #J-18808-Ljbffr
