We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a high-impact mission with a defense client conducting vulnerability assessments on Major Weapons Systems. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in secure, performance-driven environments.

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a high-impact mission with a defense client conducting vulnerability assessments on Major Weapons Systems. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in secure, performance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, optimize, and maintain network hubs, routers, and switches
- Develop and implement network backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
- Patch network vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Install and configure secure network environments for vulnerability assessment teams under the Weapons CSE organization
- 12+ years of network engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (required)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
- Strong experience supporting secure, classified environments
