Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 35 Hours per Week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure Oracle HCM applications, support system enhancements, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• Minimum 2–3 Years of Oracle HCM Business Analyst Experience

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification Required

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications

• Strong Knowledge of HR Business Processes

• Experience with System Integrations and Data Migration

• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills

• English Proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

• Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements

• Support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Scheduling, and Reporting

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issue resolution

• Assist with data migration and validation activities

• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

• Support system integrations and ongoing optimization initiatives

• Maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes
