Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a trusted recruiting partner, supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating orientation and first-day activities.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, college outreach, and community networking opportunities.
• Assist with internship and cooperative education recruiting initiatives.
• Support employment branding and recruitment marketing efforts through various advertising channels.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records.
• Prepare recruiting metrics and reports as requested.
• Perform other recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities as assigned.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Competitive base salary : $50,000 - $55,000 plus bonus .Career advancement opportunity and the ability to work hybrid once established in the role.
