Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a trusted recruiting partner, supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates. Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating orientation and first-day activities.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, college outreach, and community networking opportunities.
- Assist with internship and cooperative education recruiting initiatives.
- Support employment branding and recruitment marketing efforts through various advertising channels.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records.
- Prepare recruiting metrics and reports as requested.
- Perform other recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
