Production Worker
$20 per hourMarvin
Job Overview As a Production Associate, you'll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you'll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products. - Monday - Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
- 1st Shift: 5:30AM - 3:30PM Pay: $20 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 1:30AM Pay: $22 per hour ($20 + $2 differential rate)
- Friday - Sunday Weekend shift option, enjoy 4 days off each week!
- 6:00AM - 6:00PM Pay: $24 per hour ($20 + $4 differential rate)
- Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
- Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday
- Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
- Grip 65 lbs.
- Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
- Stand and walk on concrete
- A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- General experience with computers
