Account Executive/Staffing

An account executive (AE) manages client relationships, drives revenue growth, and owns the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing contracts. They act as the primary link between potential or existing clients and internal company teams. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Find new sales leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals. Sales Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle, run product demonstrations or presentations, and track metrics in a CRM. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. Client Retention & Growth: Maintain regular contact with current accounts to secure renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, or customer support teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a pipeline, forecast revenue, and close B2B deals.
