As a Project Manager, youll be at the center of this missiondriving coordination, communication, and execution across every stage of the project lifecycle. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of substation projectsfrom contract award through completion. In this role, youll coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. What Youll Do Lead end-to-end project execution for substation orders, including engineering, production, inventory, and deliveryAct as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations, transportation, scheduling)Build and maintain detailed project schedules, aligned with manufacturing timelines and material availabilityPartner with engineering on design reviews, drawings, specifications, and approvalsManage customer repair workstreams, including pickup, evaluation, quoting, and final dispositionTrack project progress, job closure, invoicing, and change ordersIdentify risks across supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and internal teamsEnsure thorough and accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverablesUphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards
