Full Stack Software Developer As a lead Full Stack Software Developer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team learning new tools and techniques, identifying system improvements, and ensuring solutions consider architecture, operating environment and future enhancements. You’ll help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll develop end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver complete software solutions. Design, develop, write, and implement software applications using agile methodologies. Acquire client requirements and optimize workflows through automation. Ensure solutions address current architecture, operating environment, and future functionality. Qualifications 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications using agile methodologies. 8+ years of experience with back‑end and front‑end development using programming languages and web development stacks. Experience writing source code for new applications and enhancing code for existing ones. Experience using back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions. Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. (Clearance is required.) Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Experience working with automated testing tools for testing and maintenance. Experience with Java, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal.
