Elements Massage Crofton is seeking an engaging client services and sales associate to welcome clients and guide them through our Wellness offerings. You will follow proven processes, sell memberships, and maintain a calm studio atmosphere with a warm, friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include managing the reception, scheduling, answering inquiries by phone, text, or email, and collaborating with therapists and front-of-house staff.
