Overview

The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our Cedar Ridge Center situated in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working collaboratively with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

To qualify for this position, the Advanced Practice Provider must meet the following criteria:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensure as a registered nurse.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is required. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Provider should hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note that restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: USD $104,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
