Retail Store Manager - St. Louis, MO

As Store Manager, you'll own the day‑to‑day operation of your store: leading your team, keeping the floor and stockroom in top shape, managing inventory and cash, and delivering the kind of experience that keeps Miss A customers coming back. What We Offer Pay: 50k-55k per year (based on experience). Monthly bonus program (after the 60-day introductory period) based on store condition, labor management, and sales performance. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop your store team — recruiting, retention, training, scheduling, and performance management. Own store standards: merchandising, stocking, store recovery, cleanliness, and product presentation across the sales floor. Manage ordering, inventory, and an organized, accurate stockroom/warehouse. Handle cash responsibilities — bank deposits, safe management, and till counting. Drive labor management and sales performance to hit store goals. Resolve conflicts and solve problems on the floor with sound judgment. Communicate with HQ and submit nightly closing videos/photos through Basecamp. What You'll Bring 5+ years of retail management experience preferred. Proven leadership — building teams, coaching, and holding a store accountable to standards. Strong conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills. Comfort with cash handling, inventory, and merchandising. A valid Driver's License (required). Reliability and comfort with technology/tools (Basecamp, closing videos).
