Organizational Development & Training Leader
UTRGV Visual Arts Building
The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead organization-wide training and development initiatives in Edinburg, TX.
The role partners with Human Resources and campus units to align interventions, design and implement development programs, and evaluate outcomes using metrics and feedback.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR/OD, five years of experience, and a proven ability to influence at all levels of management.
