We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our automotive service team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and future maintenance needs
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes
• Assist with outbound campaigns and customer retention efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working with computers, phones, and scheduling software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable with strong attendance and organizational skills
