Certiva is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners in Laredo and McAllen, TX connect with fast, reliable fiber internet.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into leadership.

What We Offer

• $75,000–$125,000+ annual earning potential
• Typically $4,000–$10,000 per 10-day rotation , based on performance

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate customers about fiber internet
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Build relationships and close sales
• Meet individual and team sales goals
