- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize Epic with Navigator for efficient patient management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend)
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Must have a valid CA PT license
- BLS certification required
