Dental Assistant - Endodontist

Job Overview We are looking for an Endodontist Dental Assistant to support our practice’s patients and doctors. The role includes chair-side assistance during treatment procedures, travel to nearby offices, and various clinical tasks to enhance patient care. Job Details Job Type: Full‑Time Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Benefits Flexible scheduling (part‑time, full‑time) Generous benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with match Career development and growth opportunities Supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation Free continuing education (CE) through TAG U Responsibilities Travel to nearby offices to support patient care Take dental X‑rays Set up and break down the operatory after treatment Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health Perform various office tasks as necessary Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Active license, registration, or permit required by the state of practice, including x‑ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development High‑school diploma or equivalent Valid non‑restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance (or eligibility to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program) for daily travel to assigned offices Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
