LPN Staff Nurse Waterville Residential, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and care plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs to improve patient care and promote best practices Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff Qualifications High school diploma required; LPN degree or diploma from an accredited program 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing facility or equivalent setting Current LPN licensure in the state of New York Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive patient and facility information Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $27 - $29 HOURLY Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals Demonstrate our company philosophy of "Life in Balance" and enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling career #J-18808-Ljbffr Waterville Cares
