Material Handler

Material Handler / Warehouse Worker- Pay up to $21/hr-$23/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN
Pay: $21-$23/hr
Shift: 2nd shift- 2:30 PM- 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
3rd shift- 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and pack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, as well as tuggers.
• Occasionally operate a sit-down forklift.
• Move and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Weigh and package products according to customer specifications.
• Accurately document materials and batch numbers.
• Follow all safety, quality, and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in material handling, warehouse, or order picking roles.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, tuggers, or forklifts.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hot, dirty, and oily manufacturing setting.
• Stable work history with at least 1 year per employer preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or Tugger Operator experience.
• Order Selector or Warehouse Associate experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
