We are a medium-sized construction contractor looking for a high-performing Recruiter with proven experience in the Electrical and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industries to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record recruiting within the construction contracting and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sectors . You must understand the unique challenges of these industries and bring a strong network to source and attract top talent across the U.S. Job Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry contacts. Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to support the full hiring and onboarding process. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry best practices. Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation. Required Qualifications: Must have experience recruiting in the EPC Construction industry. Strong background recruiting for construction contractors. In-depth knowledge of hiring trends and labor markets across the U.S. Ability to assess both technical qualifications and soft skills effectively.
