We\'re seeking an experienced Studio & Digital Operations Manager to join our Theory & Helmut Lang Marketing teams. Join us! Responsibilities Manage and produce all e-commerce and internal shoot studio operations, inclusive of scheduling, and resource allocation for photo, video, and digital content production. Process, print and organize all e-commerce imagery for style outs. Oversee the studio calendars, shoot timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with seasonal and commercial objectives. Effectively communicate and manage pre- and post-production timelines and approvals to coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders (photographers, videographers, stylists, freelancers etc.) to achieve deliverables and meet deadlines. Manage and oversee budget, invoice reconciliation, and cost control (internal systems i.e., Coupa) for all e-commerce and internal shoots (NuOrder, Wholesale Ecom, Outlet, GPR etc). Partner with legal on agency contracts for all pertinent shoots. Oversee digital asset management processes, including asset organization and handoff and Ecommerce imagery (Global Edit & Sharepoint). Support with pre-production and post-production processes as needed for off-site shoots. Establish and maintain standardized workflows, tools, and documentation for studio and digital operations (Asana and other trackers). Support in sample organization and trafficking for shoots. Act as the primary point of contact for the studio. Oversee daily studio operations and studio maintenance, inclusive of laundry, cyc paints, daily clean up, and ordering equipment and supplies as needed. Manage calendar based on seasonal SKU count/review to audit and determine number of shoot days per season/project. Assist Producer with seasonal castings; manage all castings in the studio. Minimum Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in a similar role. Demonstrable experience of managing complex production calendars and multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent understanding of digital content processes, production lifecycles, and asset management. Demonstrable experience of Mac. Excellent to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient knowledge in excel and Microsoft programs. Must have budget management experience. Additional video production experience is a plus. Knowledge in Capture One is a plus. Salary range: $105,000.00 -115,000.00\*
