Harwood Center is hiring compassionate, enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy to young children with autism and other developmental disabilities. No certification or prior ABA experience required—we’ll train you! What You’ll Do Working directly under the guidance of Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will turn therapy into positive, play‑based growth: Provide 1:1 Therapy: Implement individualized ABA programs in clinic, home, and school settings. Support and Celebrate Progress: Collect session data and complete billing documentation using CentralReach software. Build Meaningful Relationships : Create positive, respectful, and encouraging interactions with children and their families. Create a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain clean, organized, safe, and engaging therapy spaces. Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support each learner’s individual goals and needs. Protect Privacy: Maintain client confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting Positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable working with children of varying abilities and needs Willingness to be physically active, including playing, bending, kneeling, and lifting as needed Flexible and adaptable when responding to learners’ individual needs Genuine interest in learning and growing in the field of ABA therapy Why Work at Harwood Center?
