Homewatch CareGivers Overnight In-Home Caregivers

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring overnight in-home caregivers, certified nursing assistants (CNA), home health aides (HHA), and personal care providers. You work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on overnight shifts that stay consistent week to week.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Where you'd work: Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, West Lake Hills

What you get:

• Overnight shifts, typically 7p to 7a, full-time or part-time

What you'll do:

• Stay awake and alert through the shift, keeping clients safe at home
• Assist with bathroom trips, transfers, and repositioning during the night
• Help with the evening routine at the start of the shift and the morning routine at the end
• Reassure and redirect clients who wake up confused or disoriented
• Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University

What we're looking for:

• One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility
• Comfortable working overnight and staying awake through the shift
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
