The candidate must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills. The RN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Effective communication skills are essential to interact with patients and families. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures is required. The RN will participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain patient safety. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is expected. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory.
