Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with a global food manufacturing and ingredients company known for significant growth, organizational transformation, and high-visibility partnership with HR leadership and business stakeholders.
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client on an on-site Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity in Hilbert, WI, supporting professional/corporate hiring during a time of organizational change. This is a senior-level, full-cycle recruiting role where you will step in immediately to prevent gaps in recruiting coverage and keep multiple searches moving with limited oversight. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will take ownership of an active requisition load, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive consistency in recruiting processes across teams. ResponsibilitiesOwn approximately 9–10 open professional requisitions in Hilbert upon starting
Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition launch through candidate acceptance
Develop sourcing strategies and proactively self-source candidates
Coordinate interviews and participate/sit in on interviews as needed
Manage candidate communication throughout the process
Partner closely with hiring managers, including conducting intake discussions and understanding departmental hiring needs
Develop strong relationships with managers and internal stakeholders
Maintain recruiting momentum despite evolving internal processes and help hiring managers follow a more consistent recruiting process
Prioritize and manage multiple professional searches simultaneously
Provide additional recruiting support for Evanston as capacity allows
Qualifications
Direct recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment (CPG/food manufacturing experience is a plus)
Senior-level, full-cycle recruiting experience with proactive sourcing (not relying heavily on inbound applicants)
Experience partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, including operating effectively within changing or imperfect processes
Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication end-to-end
Experience recruiting across professional/corporate functions such as Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations (preferred)
Experience using SuccessFactors (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and/or Facebook for sourcing (preferred)
