Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial planning, performance, and team development, as well as compliance, risk management, and stewardship. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a strong background in financial leadership within complex or growing organizations. The role requires a leader who can bring fresh thinking and innovative approaches to financial management, and who is adept at using data, technology, and analytics to enhance decision-making. Experience in a blended revenue model and managing diverse funding streams is also preferred.
