Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a friends-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Maintain integrity by following AEO's policies & procedures. Youd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products.
