UNCAPPED Bonus based on Quarterly Sales!Responsibilities:Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation and discipline of staffManage financial controls, operations, employee development, and customer serviceMaintain inventory and applies financial reporting analysis resultsSuccessfully generates and capture sales leadsAnalyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and costReview repair orders with technicians as necessaryAffording all customers courteous treatment, providing fair and honest written estimate, and set reasonable expectations for our services using ‘Total Honest Communication’ to assure customer satisfactionActively pursuing retail leads from trade work incoming to 3rd party locationsInteracting with Trade and Insurance accounts to assure prompt and courteous service, including contacting leads from trade work incoming to 3rd party locations

Working to attain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales objectives of the center as defined by managementTracking daily and weekly performance and being prepared to review with managementParticipating in outside or special sales events as set by managementManaging vehicles intake check-in; ascertaining paint formulas, ensuring it accompanies the Repair Order, and marking vehicles and repair orders clearly to assure accurate and complete communication with shop staffManaging customer satisfaction and delivery of vehicles to assure customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeatOrdering, tracking, following-up on, receiving, and confirming parts are correct, checking parts cost and profit margin, returning unused parts and following-up on credits, tracking via MIS and utilizing organizer systemMaintain CCC, OneMaaco MIS reports (Telephone Log, Appointment Calendar, Paintline Status Update, Parts Status Update, Daily End of Day, Weekly Close, etc)Creating urgency in the shop to achieve production volume and turn-around time goalsWorking collaboratively with Production staff to achieve efficiency and quality standardsQualifications:Strong understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management to influence profitabilityAbility to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectivesPrevious success in sales or operations and leadership skills are a mustDesire for performance based compensationCCCOne or like estimatics program experience preferredAt least 3 years of production management or sales leadership is requiredPay is salary plus UNCAPPED quarterly bonus, based on performance and sales.
