Manager, HCC Risk Management - Joints, Digital/Communication Expertise

Responsibilities Assess effective execution of the U.S. HCC and GCC compliance program for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence, aligned with company policies, industry codes, and applicable healthcare laws and regulations. Execute monitoring activities in alignment with global and regional compliance strategies and expectations. Prepare consolidated monitoring summaries and contribute to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership. Manage Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management, collaborating with respective compliance officers, Legal, Procurement, and Finance on complex or escalated cases. Identify patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring and other outputs. Provide compliance KPIs, metrics and insights that drive strategic decision making and continuous evolution of the Compliance program. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field. 4–7 years experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring, with proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data. Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti ‑ Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions. Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies. Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries preferred. Exposure to Orthopedics, Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
