Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Smartsheet Functional/Technical Analyst will design and optimize Smartsheet solutions to enhance project visibility, streamline operational tracking, and support data-driven decision-making in a public sector project environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions for project planning and operational tracking Develop dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to provide insights into project health and performance metrics Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend process improvements, and support user adoption through training Required qualifications Advanced experience with Smartsheet configuration and administration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in reporting and dashboard development Knowledge of data management and analysis with a focus on accuracy and integrity Experience supporting change management and user adoption
