Senior Project Manager

Job Duties

• Lead enterprise technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.

• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, executive updates, and governance activities.

• Partner with business leaders to define priorities, scope, and success measures.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful project execution.

• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience Required

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology and business projects.

• Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Experience facilitating project governance, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
