Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Answer the phone when the client calls youPart-time or full-timeRemote / work from home Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Must reside in the USAMust have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get oneMust be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourselfMust be able to invest in selfMust be positive/no Debbie downers please Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
