Position Summary We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) to join our high-volume Research Department within our ophthalmic practice. The Clinical Research Assistant will support the coordination and execution of clinical trials while providing compassionate, patient-focused care. This position is ideal for someone who is a go-getter, dependable, punctual, eager to learn, and committed to quality patient care. Prior clinical research experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Recruit and screen potential study participants Coordinate patient visits according to study protocols Perform clinical and research-related procedures Collect, document, and maintain accurate research data Monitor research participants and ensure adherence to study protocols Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable regulatory and ethical standards Maintain positive working relationships with patients, site staff, and study sponsor representatives Maintain compliance with research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support the Clinical Research Coordinator and research team with other duties as assigned What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with patients.
