Sales Representative

Identify, prospect and win new accounts across Calumet, Outagamie and Manitowoc Counties Sell the full portfolio of wine and spirits across on- and off-premise accounts Build lasting customer relationships and drive sales growth Create efficient daily account routes and visit accounts to identify opportunities Complete account surveys and ensure national account compliance where applicable Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations covering products, placements, resets, lists and promotions Maintain product levels through inventory-taking and shelf restocking where legally permissible Educate account staff through priority-brand training seminars Manage account receivables, credits, returns and aged-receivable communications Deliver products in extenuating circumstances and handle or escalation customer issues Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals for supplier brands Monitor pricing, product programming, inventory and out-of-stock situations Maintain brand visibility and account standards using point-of-sale materials Collect account payments where legally permissible Develop opening orders for new accounts with the Field Sales Manager Participate in supplier work-with sales calls and sales blitzes Conduct safe and responsible public interactions while handling beverage alcohol Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion Customer service skills Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines Analytic and Reporting skills Sound judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Ability to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate; and operate a computer and telephone Ability to reach overhead, squat and bend Ability to carry and lift 45–65 pounds Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving distribution and volume goals.
