Marketing & Events Coordinator Internship NGIN’s Internship Program explores entrepreneurship by placing interns in a dynamic environment with Boston startups and established companies. The coordinator works closely with the COO to build and support the community, interacting with entrepreneurs, investors, and team members. Responsibilities Greeting clients, answering calls and emails, and celebrating members’ accomplishments Logging client data and maintaining kitchen area (set‑up and tear‑down) Assisting with writing copy for communication pieces such as emails and social media Drafting engaging emails for client acquisition Conceiving, developing, and producing effective advertising campaigns with minimal direction Writing direct‑response copy for email and lead follow‑up campaigns Handling day‑to‑day business activities and solving problems Maintaining a professional and respectful environment Qualifications At least 20 hours per week commitment, located in the Boston/Cambridge area Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of social media platforms Warm, enthusiastic personality with natural ability to connect with people Ability to handle day‑to‑day business activities and solve problems Experience and passion for content writing, blogging, and copy editing Benefits Unpaid internship, but offers college credit Free membership with 24/7 access to office space Team lunches, free beverages, and snacks Opportunity to work directly with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
