About the Position

Job Title

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Nights (Contract / Travel)

Location

Mesa, AZ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Includes weekends, holidays, and float coverage as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients in an acute-care hospital setting
• Perform and manage ventilator support, airway management, and related respiratory interventions
• Float across departments as needed per facility guidelines
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
• Work weekends and holidays as required by department scheduling guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona state license to practice with no disciplinary actions on record
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract assignment experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a large acute-care, tertiary, or Level I Trauma Center environment
