Customer Service Representative $65,000
Currently conducting interviews, all applications reviewed by management (not an AI system).
Description:
Handle service inquiries for current clients
Receive inbound calls for new leads and input them into the CRM
Create service tickets within the CRM and follow up
Communicate service items to relevant account holders
Send proof of insurance certificates for clients
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty Insurance license a plus but not required (we can help you attain this)
