Job Description
  • Managing frontofhouse reception and greeting visitors professionally
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, calendars, and visitor access
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support to the office
  • Maintaining a polished and organised reception area

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Receptionist should have:
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment is essential
  • Professional and confident communicator
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working long days and overtime when required

  • Hourly rate of $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience

  • Fulltime hours: 7:30am - 5:00/6:00pm, with overtime available
