Financial Consultant, EB – Minneapolis, MN We are looking to add a Financial Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team. Essential Responsibilities Provides Financial/Clinical consulting to clients with respect to their employee benefit health and welfare plans. Responsible for presenting financial/clinical data to clients. Runs and analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents MFSRs to clients. Provides complex reporting, presenting results to clients. Participates in development of financial reporting enhancements. Assists in development of new CLUE reporting. Takes prominent role in the development and enhancements of new and existing client budget, financial and clinical analysis and tools. Builds and maintains Financial/Clinical models to support client account teams; mentors and trains junior staff as necessary. Recommends complex strategic and tactical initiatives based upon clinical and financial data. Qualifications Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of applicable experience, preferably in the insurance industry (brokerage or provider organization). Licensing: Active state‑specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license required, or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
