Registered Nurse

Job TitleRN, Residential Program SupervisorThe RN provides care management to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities under the OPWDD regulations. Supervision of Staff in regard to delegated nursing tasks such as but not limited to medication administration, medical care, participation in team meetings, education and training within scope of practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Supervision for all staff providing medical support to Individuals within the residential program.Ensure effective medical care with proper documentation.Ensure the medical well-being of the Individuals within a safe and clean environment.Implement, monitor and supervise the Staff regarding trainings, delegated nursing tasks and AMAP staff.24-hour telephone triage with a 30-minute response time as per OPWDD regulations.Attends meetings as required: clinical meetings, nursing meetings, ISP meetings residential staff meetings and other meetings as required.Maintain HIPPA regulations.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
