Warehouse Operator (2nd Shift)

What Will You Do? Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle. Apply strict warehouse working instructions and fixed operating procedures. Comply with health, safety and environment rules throughout the sector. Identify and report risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment to the team leader (LWB3). Report all incidents and near misses. Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance). Understand the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes and suggest proposals to improve the operating mode. Link various operations (receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line procurement) according to a predetermined process. Perform self‑controls to detect non‑conformities. Operate appropriately to hazards. Apply the procedures defined for the MPH. Use computer resources to record entries and exits of the store. What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful? High School Diploma or GED. Experience in a warehouse inventory environment; Microsoft Excel; good communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; attention to detail; prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift, PIT equipment; experience with barcode scanning systems and Windows‑based computer knowledge. Prior SAP experience. Must be able to speak, read and understand English fluently. Work Schedule Mon. - Thurs. 3:30 pm - 2:00 am What's in it for You?
