Senior Manager Analytics

Leading strategic projects and advanced analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Analytics will serve as an expert resource for complex Revenue Growth Management challenges, driving the development of innovative solutions and AI integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Provide expert support for complex RGM problems, building relationships across the organization Lead the ideation and rollout of next-generation RGM solutions in collaboration with Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams Drive AI thought leadership by identifying valuable use cases and implementing solutions while training the RGM organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management Expert knowledge of RGM theory, levers, and analytical tools Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
