JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Licensure : N/A

Experience: Must have technical shop courses or basic maintenance experience

Skills: Comfortable with the use of standard hand tools and be familiar with sheetrock repair, painting, trim work, wood work, and basic plumbing repairs.

Environmental and Working Conditions

Work is mostly inside, may encounter hazards associated with electrical repairs. Requires flexible work schedule and

on-call work.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Work varies from light to moderately heavy. Must be able to adjust to changing tasks and make some independent judgements.
