Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. Founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization by members of the recovery community in Mesa, Arizona, Community Bridges Inc. has held as its principal mission "maintaining the dignity of human life" for more than 40 years.

The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and coordinates with the Recovery Support Specialists, Patient Care Technician, Registered Nurse, and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to all presenting for services at their assigned program. The Operations Supervisor provides oversight and guidance to the Patient Care Technician(s) assigned to complete the intake and discharge process, Recovery Support Specialists and Social Workers to assist in effective patient throughput.

Skills/Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma required. Associate degree in a field related to business or health care is preferred.
• 1 or more years leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 or more years of full-time health care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations.
• Current driver's license (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.

Hourly Rate: $30.26/HR - $36.62/HR CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
