Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative About this position State Farm Experience Required | Full-Time | In-Office | 4-Day Workweek We are a busy, established, growth-focused State Farm agency looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team for a long-term career opportunity. This is a full-time, in-office position working four 10-hour days per week (40 hours total) . We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, marketing, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and looking for a company where they can stay, grow, and build a long-term career . Compensation $52,000-$65,000 annual base salary Sales commissions Performance bonuses Additional earning opportunities based on individual and agency production Schedule Full-time, in-office position Four 10-hour workdays per week 40 hours per week Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to this position Key Responsibilities Proactively sell and cross-sell Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance products Provide exceptional customer service while identifying additional insurance needs and sales opportunities Complete a minimum of 35 inbound/outbound customer calls per day Maintain a minimum production expectation of 50 written policies per month Consistently follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers Market insurance products and develop new business opportunities Maintain accurate documentation and strong organization Follow through on customer requests, leads, quotes, and commitments Work collaboratively with the entire agency team to achieve individual and agency goals Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service Required Qualifications Previous State Farm agency experience is required Must currently hold Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance licenses Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working toward measurable sales and activity goals Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive, professional, and team-oriented Interested in a long-term position with opportunities for growth Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Sales commissions Performance bonuses Professional growth and advancement opportunities Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who wants more than simply their next job.
